Our corporate headquarters in San Mateo is located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area in the inspirational Silicon Valley. The Bay Area is famous for being home to numerous world champion sports teams and leading technology companies.
The campus is situated at Franklin Parkway and Saratoga Avenue in San Mateo, California, and consists of six office buildings totaling 814,000 square feet. Our office is just 30 minutes south of San Francisco, close to popular tourist destinations, beaches, shopping centers and restaurants. You’ll find yourself conveniently located near the Hillsdale Shopping Center, Caltrain Station and Highways 101 and 92.

Franklin Templeton’s Rancho Cordova office is in the growing city of Sacramento, California’s state capital, two hours from Lake Tahoe and the San Francisco Bay Area. With a burgeoning arts scene, a unique district of breweries and distilleries, 26 miles of beautiful bike and walking trails and 70 acres of serene creek channels and tributaries, the city is a destination for artists, adventurers and fun-lovers. Rancho Cordova has been awarded the All-America City Award twice and is famous for its rich cultural diversity.

This Franklin Templeton office is located in Carillon Office Park and spans two buildings: Building 100 and Building 120. It’s situated in cosmopolitan Tampa Bay, just across the Howard Frankland Bridge in St. Petersburg, Florida. Within Carillon Park, you’ll find a nature preserve featuring boardwalks and running trails, offering a scenic and relaxing environment for employees.
It’s close to many of Florida’s popular attractions, including award-winning beaches, museums, galleries and cultural venues. It’s also home to three world championship teams: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Lightning. The city has definitely earned the title of Champa Bay!

Franklin Templeton’s campus in Hyderabad—also known as FT Park—is a 15-acre site located in the city’s financial and IT hub. It’s one of the largest Franklin Templeton offices providing expert support in areas such as corporate services, investment services, finance, sales and marketing, portfolio and investment management, technology, legal and compliance and more.

Singapore serves as Franklin Templeton’s global center for emerging markets investment management and our regional business hub for Asia.
Our modern office is located in the iconic Suntec City Tower, occupying floors 13, 16 and 26, within the vibrant Marina Center precinct—just a five-minute walk from Mass Rapid Transit stations.
The office offers stunning views of the city center and is surrounded by a wide array of shopping, dining and entertainment options that reflect the unique spirit of Singapore.

Franklin Templeton’s biggest European site is in Poznań—one of the largest cities in Poland, well known as an academic, business and conference center. Our office space is located on the ground floor and levels 2 and 3 in the New Market Square, in the middle of the city’s business district.
The Poznań office operates as a global service center supporting various departments—such as finance, investment management services, marketing, and technology—with team members working across a range of roles, from interns to managers.

The Franklin Templeton office in Edinburgh’s Exchange District is in the heart of Scotland’s capital. It’s the largest of three UK Franklin Templeton sites. You’re close to all the best city landmarks, such as the historic Edinburgh Castle, and walking distance to Haymarket train station. In 2022, the Edinburgh office underwent extensive renovations, providing our employees with modern surroundings and a collaborative workspace.
