Involved, our global volunteer program, coordinates the enthusiastic efforts of more than 30 employee volunteering councils across the world. And after decades of charitable giving, we’re delighted to have launched our own charitable foundation in 2021.

Impact Days is Franklin Templeton’s global month of service when employees around the world collectively donate their time and skills to local volunteer projects.
Harmon E. Burns award
Franklin Templeton's annual Harmon E. Burns Award recognizes employees who have made extraordinary contributions to their community, demonstrating a real passion for helping others. The winner and finalists are honored with a donation to an eligible charity of their choice.

Franklin Templeton provides funding to charitable organizations around the world through a variety of programs. This includes community grants, disaster relief, direct donations, and charitable sponsorships as well as employee giving programs like Matching Gifts and Donations for Doers.
In 2021, we launched the Franklin Templeton Charitable Foundation to formalize decades of charitable giving. In the last five years, Franklin Templeton contributed more than US$20 million to non-profit organizations around the world.
