The Futures Program has been instrumental in pinpointing wealth management as the field that truly ignites my passion. Prior to this experience, wealth management wasn’t even on my radar, so I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to explore this aspect of the industry. On a personal level, the program has honed my problem-solving abilities, instilled the value of soliciting feedback and underscored the significance of networking.

How has your journey within the Futures Program influenced your career journey and personal growth?
What are the most valuable skills you have developed during the Futures Program?
Adaptability has been the most valuable skill I developed during my time in the program. Learning to work with new leaders and team members every four months while also adjusting to a different role within the organization has been challenging but nonetheless rewarding.
Are there any moments or projects that have had a significant impact on your professional development?
While every project has contributed to my professional growth in its own way, the most significant takeaways from the program have been the people I’ve met and the meetings I’ve attended. The program fosters unparalleled mentorship, and I don’t think I would be where I am today without the help of great mentors and previous Futures Associates.
Who would you recommend joining the Futures Program?
I think the Futures Program is great for young professionals fresh out of college who want to explore various teams and areas within the financial sector. The real-world experience gained through the rotational program has helped me find my niche, and I hope it does the same for anyone who comes after me.
