We offer two summer internship experiences for students at different levels of their college studies.
For rising Juniors and Seniors in the US and rising third- and fourth-year students in Canada, our Summer Internship Program offers a chance to thrive in a diverse, global organization. Every summer, students from around the country join our firm to collaborate and gain hands-on experience. Internships are offered in a variety of departments, extending beyond investment management to include areas like sales, operations, marketing, technology and more.
We begin recruiting for all summer intern positions each fall.
India
Internship program
Our internship program aims to cultivate enduring positive relationships with colleges and universities, reinforcing Franklin Templeton’s brand image. This program provides interns with the opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge within a corporate environment, enabling them to apply theoretical concepts from their studies to assigned projects.
The internship period ranges from 2 to 3 months, extendable up to 6 months. We encourage you to regularly visit our careers site, where new opportunities are continually posted throughout the year.
Furthermore, we uphold the company’s compliance policies, focusing on anti-corruption and conflict of interest, while maintaining alignment with local employment regulations and obligations.
India Postgraduate Program
This one-year program is designed to help postgraduates jumpstart their career and gain invaluable professional experience in a global organization. It includes all lines of business within our India office, and aims to help you develop the skills, knowledge and attitude that will help you take your career further.
Recruitment takes place annually between October and November at the following Hyderabad universities: St. Pious College, St. Joseph’s College, Aurora College, Bhavan’s College and IPE.

Poland
Our six-month paid internship program is open year-round, tailored for students who can dedicate 25 to 30 hours weekly. During the internship, you will gain firsthand insight into our work environment and business operations, enriched by mentorship from diverse global teams, and networking opportunities across various disciplines and locations. This internship may serve as a stepping stone to the next level of your career within our company. Whether you aspire to gain experience in a different team through next internship or step into a full-time role, we’re committed to fostering your professional journey.

Our internship opportunities are available throughout the year and offer a well-rounded hands-on learning experience. Our summer internship program is open to students in their penultimate or final year, and for those who have recently graduated. A 10-week program spans across various departments and is designed to help you learn new skills, develop your business knowledge and gain a better understanding of working in a diverse, international environment.
We begin recruiting summer interns in the autumn of the previous year.
