What makes Franklin Templeton a great place to work?

Franklin Templeton is a great place to work because not only are the people great, but the company takes care of its employees. If there is ever an issue, the company seeks to do its best to accommodate their employees. The company also encourages growth and is very supportive when it comes to employees seeking other opportunities to help them further their careers.

For example, I am beginning my 2nd year in my graduate program. When I informed my previous manager and supervisor that I was pursuing a master’s degree, they were extremely supportive. In fact, I was able to work a flexible schedule that allows me to pursue my education while also working hard at FT. I was also able to apply for the Tuition Assistance Program which was a huge financial support for me, especially as a self-supporting student. There are also so many incentives offered, which makes working here fun! I don’t know many other companies that promote volunteer and community work, which are things that I personally value. Being part of a company that strives to provide the best possible service while nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and employees is a company that I admire.

What would you tell someone considering a career at FT?

What I always tell potential referrals and those who are considering jobs here at FT is that this is a great place to begin your career because it is very multidimensional. Though it is a company that focuses on finance and business, there are so many other opportunities here that anyone with any background could benefit from. Personally, I have grown and experience many aspects of the company from working in many departments and also participating in community groups and volunteering through the Involved (community service and volunteering) portal.
