What do you enjoy about your job at FTI?

As a Project Manager, I work as an agent of change, I make project goals my own goals and use my skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team. I'm responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The key area among my duties is the recognition of risks directly impacting the success of a project and communicating those risks to all interested parties. Each project is unique and gives me the opportunity to creatively customize and adapt project management tools, knowledge & techniques to ensure its success so you never get bored. I really enjoy the opportunity to face those new challenges and the responsibility of driving business results. At the same time, I'm able to work both on the "big picture" strategic activities and the small but crucial details, and it’s my decision when to concentrate on each.

What skills have you developed at FTI?

During the last two years working in FTI, I was able to greatly develop my people skills such as building trust and communicating among all of the project stakeholders who will make use of the project results and the project team members. Another important development item for me was the ability to delegate tasks which helps streamline the project work.
