I love working at Franklin Templeton because being a global asset manager, the firm offers various opportunities for staff to enhance their learning, build and develop interactions with other jurisdictions along-with growth opportunities to move both vertically and horizontally within the organization to name a few. In the first few weeks, the firm took immense effort to make me comfortable in my role, introduce me across peers and supervisors, and other key market players and industry groups. Whenever I want to interpret an article in the Wall Street Journal or sell side research reports, I can easily ask for insights from FT investment experts who have a keen awareness of the issues going on around the world. The positive synergy between investment professionals gives FT a competitive advantage in a fiercely competitive asset management industry.

Anne, Project Management

Franklin Templeton's social collaboration channels have helped me network with my colleagues by opening doors to areas and people I may not have discovered otherwise. I love the fact that our organisation proactively promotes these wonderful social groups and there are so many to choose from, as well as so many good causes to support and get involved with.   I have met many fantastic and interesting people I may not otherwise have worked with through groups such as Involved, Diversity and Inclusion, and ABLE.   It is always hugely rewarding and great fun to collaborate with individuals across the globe through groups such as Women at FTI and see what others have to say and share. It is an opportunity to connect in a way that I did not have before.

I love being a leader at Franklin Templeton because I enjoy seeing people develop and do great things. It’s great to see those people go on and grow within the organisation and become leaders too or really motivated and great individual contributors. If I can help them to achieve their potential I find that really worthwhile.
